What Socialee is
We put small groups of people together for a meetup in Dubai — coffee, padel, board games, that sort of thing. We choose who's in your group. We don't run the venues and we're not a dating service.
Who can join
You need to be 18 or older and answer the quiz honestly. We approve members by hand, and we can decline or remove anyone — usually because a group isn't the right fit, sometimes because someone made others uncomfortable.
Showing up
A group of five falls apart when two people ghost. If you can't make it, tell us as early as you can. Repeated no-shows mean we'll stop seating you.
Behaviour
Be decent. No harassment, no pushing your business on the group, no sharing other members' details or photos outside the group. Anything that makes a meetup unsafe ends your membership on the spot.
Money
We're running a free pilot, so there's nothing to pay right now. You cover your own food, drinks and activity costs at the venue. If we introduce a membership fee later, we'll tell you before you're charged anything.
Your own risk
You're meeting strangers in public places. Use the sense you'd use anywhere else. We vet people as best we can, but we can't be responsible for what happens at a meetup or for anything a venue does.
Leaving
You can leave whenever you like, and we'll delete your data — see Privacy.
